Painting was an extension of my meditation practice. l felt my body alive, moving with the colour and the brush across the paper Sometimes l became the colour. Sometimes l observed. I was not in control.

in Britain in 1996. This sculpture was exhibited
at the Schumacher Lectures in Bristol, England, September 1996 and featured in Living Earth magazine, January 1997.
